Yaminah Legohn is an artistic director, producer, choreographer, motivational speaker, professional dancer, host, entrepreneur and dance educator with a BA in Speech Communications & Dance with over 1.7 Million views on YouTube.
Ms. Legohn is founder of multimedia arts and entertainment company, Art Of Legohn, LLC, producer of Red Light Special: A Night Of Urban Burlesque®️, Dancehall Battle NYC®️, Afro Karibé®️ Dance and her work has been featured in Dance Mogul Magazine, Dance Spirit Magazine, YV Magazine and Paper Magazine.
She has worked with artists such as Shakira, Nick Cannon, Sean Paul, N.E.R.D., Lil Wayne, B.o.B., Black Coffee, Tony Toni Toné, and appeared on film/TV/stage/festivals and commercials such as FAME, MTV, Disney, BET, The Apollo, House Of Yes, AfroPunk, One Africa Music Fest, and World Of Dance.

Chantelle Doswell is a creative anti-oppressive mental health therapist, adjunct professor at Columbia University, and host of Young Boss Media's The Culture Dome.
A native of DC, Chantelle grew up writing poetry, making music and eventually doing social justice work in Maryland and later, moved to New York in 2011. After working at one of the city's alternative to incarceration programs for youth, she opened up her own private practice in 2018, Ordinary Healing, LLC. Ordinary Healing integrates creative expression with trauma and anxiety therapy.
Jasmine Ballew was born and raised in Palmdale, California before relocating to New Jersey. Jasmine is a producer at Young Boss Media, and host of her own talk show, Bayou’s Corner. Her episodes are directed towards bringing awareness to the epidemic of mental health in all its forms; especially for African Americans and women.
Besides writing, reading, and being an avid film fan, Jasmine also does video editing & TikTok. She hopes to, one day, become a successful screenwriter and director
Jasmine "JRose" Rosario
JRose is a spoken word artist born and raised inQueens, NY. Her love for music inspired her to start writing poetry over 20 years ago. In 2015 she decided to take her poetry from paper to the stage and since then she's grown into a Powerhouse in the creative community. She's always focused on providing a safe space for creatives to share their passions. JRose has been featured on stages all over NYC and has interviewed on multiple platforms including QNS.com, Master Plan, SWB Radio and more.
In 2018, she established an event planning company called, The Rose Garden Events. Since then, she has expanded to curating and hosting performance based events such as, monthly open mic nights, showcases, fundraisers and even small business expos.
In March 2020 her creative journey led her to media production. JRose launched her own talk show titled "The JRose Experience", where she brings an intimate look into the creative process of poetry, music, art, entrepreneurship and much more!

Trena B. Real is SAG-AFTRA Actress / stand up comedian born Port Arthur Texas (same city as Janis Joplin and southern rapper Pimp C.) After the death of her oldest brother Floyd she stepped out on Faith and starting pursing a full-time career as a working Actress.
It’s also the birth of her life’s motto: Floyd- Forever Living Out Your Dreams dedicated to Dreamers who stopped Dreaming. Her positive personality and faith have always made her believe in telling the truth by any means necessary. She had her own Radio Show on WTJZ 1270 for 2yrs where she coined the phrase
"Getting Jigga for Jesus" she also hosted several radio events & live remotes. She worked for Willis Broadcasting the 1st African American owned & operated gospel radio station in Norfolk, VA. where she had her 1st radio show. She has a love for making people Laugh. Her conversational style makes you feel like you're in her living room laughing. She talks about being a parent in the 21st century, reality TV, commercials and her day-to-day life. With 20 years of experience working in the Entertainment Industry behind the scenes. It was during this time her alter-ego TRENA B.REAL was born. Currently playing Detective Grant in Comedy Traffic Lane. And Pastor Crawford in Mini-series “Touched”II both written & produced by Producer /Director Jermaine Smith.
Queen Candace is a self-taught Money Management Specialist from Brooklyn, NY with a Bachelors in Psychology. In 2015 she found herself in 50K debt. She used her knowledge of psychology, mental health diagnosis, financial research along with trial and error to clear her debt. Not only that but within the same year of paying off the rest of her debt, she also established her business and purchased her first home at the age of 26. Her mission is to help the black community switch to a wealth mindset through financial literacy, financial planning, and financial therapy.

Co-Host and Executive Producer
CEO of Young Boss Media, Monica Grant is a young media mogul building an empire deeply rooted in the social justice movement and the intentional creation of fair representation in media. Along with producing several television shows, Monica is dynamic in front of the camera as the host of Master Plan and the Savvy Underdog.
In 2018, Monica opened her own media academy, the Young Boss Media Activist Institute, to focus on teaching high school and college students how to advocate for their community using media.
In the coming years, Monica is committed to teaching students around the world and expanding her empire to Africa and South America.
